We take great pride in the quality of our embroidered creations.
If for any reason you were not satisfied with your Bichōn purchase, thank you for returning at your cost the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order to claim a refund.
We cannot accept returns on worn or damaged items that were sent in proper conditions. Also please note that shipping cost is non-refundable.
Product(s) must be shipped back in original packaging and a proof of purchase has to be submitted. For security purpose, we strongly recommend you to insure your package and request a tracking number as we are not liable for loss of returned parcels.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once received, the returned product(s) will be inspected and processed within 3 working days. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product(s) and will let you know if you are eligible for the refund.
If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 5 to 10 business days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

In the event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please accept our sincere apologies. Upon receipt, thank you for sending us an email at hello@thebichon.com and we will make it right. We will provide you with the instructions for the exchange.

Please note that embroidered designs may vary from an apparel to another and these variations can't be considered as a defect, unless unaesthetic. Thank you for your understanding.
